Ahmed was a Egyptian man hired by Dafoe in 1939 to be a digger in his and Indiana Jones' search for the tomb of Pharaoh Azudab the Great in Egypt. Although Ahmed was the one to find the entrance, Dafoe decided that there was not enough treasure inside the chamber to share and chased Ahmed away with his gun.[1]
