Alison was the great-granddaughter of Indiana Jones through the man's grandson.[1]

At Alison's seventh birthday celebration in the early 1990s, the elderly Indiana Jones stepped in to replace the children's magician who had taken ill, much to the girl's embarrassment. However, Jones eventually won the crowd around after telling them of his time in Beersheba during World War I.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

Alison was a character written into the bookends for the "Palestine, October 1917" episode of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, scripted as "Beersheba, November 1917".[1] Ultimately, however, the story was broadcast without the framing device.[2]
