The American People's Revolutionary Alliance was a political party and movement in Peru that gained prominence in the 1930s. Its initial goals were against European imperialism, and thus were disliked by the pro-European Peruvian government. The group was outlawed and some of its members, such as Professor Julio Huertas, were exiled.

Behind the scenesEdit

The American People's Revolutionary Alliance is likely meant to represent either fictionally or actually the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance, which later became one of the major political parties of Peru after being outlawed in the 1930s.
