Azerim

Azerim took an Infernal Machine part with him to the ancient city of Teotihuacan in prehistoric Mexico. 

Azerim eventually became ruler of the Olmec civilization and was influential to the already relatively advanced Olmec technology. With his position of power, Azerim constructed an apparatus inside the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan that could close or open the roof to either allow sunlight in or not. This apparratus actually served a secondary function involving the clever use a mirror, whose proper installment allowed a door to open onto a secret, uncharted valley beyond Teotihuacan that was otherwise inaccessible by foot. When Indiana Jones successfully rediscovered and explored the area in 1947, he found that Azerim's workers had built elaborate structures into the hillsides of the valley, which winded its way toward a final pyramid: the Temple of Quetzalcoatl. Here lay Azerim's Machine part for centuries under the protection of a feathered serpent incarnation of the Aztec/Olmec god Quetzalcoatl, which Azerim had apparently summoned to guard his Machine part. Azerim finished off construction by creating the Jewels of Heaven which work with his Machine part to bestow levitation upon the user of the device. He later gave some Jewels of Heaven to his African counterpart, Nub, for his tomb in Meroë.

Unlike the three other Disciples whose bodies were all discovered by Indiana Jones in 1947, the location of Azerim's remains were never found.
