"If Voss thinks those stone relics can help the Reich, we have to find them before he does."
Indiana Jones[src]

The Bearer Relic was an artifact tied to the mystery of the Great Circle.[1]

History[]

The Bearer Relic formed part of a set of seventeen multicolored stones, each inscribed with a unique word in Adamic, and was made of the same material used in the Mountain of the Dead of Siwa which lay along the Great Circle and where the Bearer was concealed within an ancient Egyptian Cat Mummy.[1]

If used in conjunction with the other sixteen pieces and its Adamic name was spoken fourteenth sequentially, the artifact held the power of teleportation which Nazi Emmerich Voss intended to give to the Third Reich's war machine.[1]

By 1937, the Bearer was one of only five relics still within its origin site with the rest collected and secreted away within the Vatican over centuries. That summer, Indiana Jones unwittingly recovered the Bearer when his excavation found the Cat Mummy under observation of the Papal secret agency and put it on display within Marshall College. On October 21, Brother Locus of the Nephilim Order stole the mummy from Woolley Hall's museum and placed it with the other relics in the Vatican's archive only for Voss' forces to raid the repository and capture the pieces days later.[1]
