Bille August (born November 9, 1948) is a Danish director, screenwriter and cinematographer of film and television. He directed two episodes of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
His filmography includes Pelle the Conqueror, The House of the Spirits, Les Misérables; Night Train to Lisbon, Silent Heart, The Chinese Widow and A Fortunate Man.
August's then-wife Pernilla August appeared in both episodes of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles he directed.
