Camp Walters was a US military base.
The Commanding General (CG) of Camp Walters was included as part of a distribution chain for an inter-agency intelligence dossier on Irina Spalko prepared for General Robert Ross. In 1957, Indiana Jones was handed the document to verify that Spalko had been the individual that led a Soviet special forces unit to infiltrate Hangar 51 on US soil.
