Campbell Black (1944 – 2013) was a British author who wrote the first Indiana Jones book, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the adaptation of the film.

He had stated during an interview with TheRaider.net that he didn't want to write another Indiana Jones novel as he'd lost interest in the character.[1]
