Carl Schultz (born September 18, 1939 in Budapest, Hungary) is a Hungarian-Australian director. Schultz directed several episodes of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, namely:

- British East Africa, September 1909 (later edited into Passion for Life)
- London, May 1916 (later edited into Love's Sweet Song)
- Young Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Blues
- Young Indiana Jones and the Treasure of the Peacock's Eye
