Clement Wragge was a meteorologist based out of Australia who helped popularize the naming of storms after people.

Wragge was an old friend of Montgomery Bryce who, when caught in a cyclone aboard the Kamikaze Maru in 1934, mentioned Wragge and wondered aloud what the storm would be called.

Behind the scenesEdit

Clement Lindley Wragge was a real person. Mentioned in Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Sphinx, the man is spoken of as being alive in 1934 despite the historical Wragge having died following a stroke in 1922.
