Colin Williams was a friend of Indiana Jones who he introduced to Marion Ravenwood.
When Indy left Marion a week before their marriage, she married Williams and told her son, Mutt, that he was his father. He was a member of the Royal Air Force, and was killed during World War II.
After his death, Harold Oxley became Mutt's surrogate father.
