Colosimo's Restaurant was a Chicago-based establishment run by Jim Colosimo. Indiana Jones worked there as a waiter in 1920.
History[]
Sidney Bechet performed frequently with his jazz band at Colosimo's, and eventually befriended waiter Indiana Jones.[1]
In May 1920, Colosimo was gunned down in the front entry of the restaurant, prompting a police investigation. After Colosimo's death, Jim Torio took control of the restaurant.[1]
