Colosimo's Restaurant was a Chicago-based establishment run by Jim Colosimo. Indiana Jones worked there as a waiter in 1920.

History

Sidney Bechet performed frequently with his jazz band at Colosimo's, and eventually befriended waiter Indiana Jones.

In May 1920, Colosimo was gunned down in the front entry of the restaurant, prompting a police investigation. After Colosimo's death, Jim Torio took control of the restaurant.
