Epilepsy is a group of non-communicable neurological disorders characterized by recurrent seizures, which caused the sufferer to experience an abnormal, excessive, purposeless and synchronized electrical discharge in their head's neurons.
In January 1918, as Indiana Jones and an Allied rescue party infiltrated into Mattias Targo's castle in Transylvania, Romania looking for the abducted prisoners of war captured there, their friend Maria Straussler fell to the floor and started rolling and convulsing. This caused Colonel Waters to ask if Straussler was epileptic, possibility that Nicholas Hunyadi firmly denied. In fact, Straussler was being possessed by Targo himself.[1]
