Etemenanki was a ziggurat dedicated to the Mesopotamian god Marduk in the ancient city of Babylon. It now exists only in ruins. Some modern scholars have associated it with the Tower of Babel.

Etemenanki is seen in Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine in a photograph but it's kept ambiguous as the whether the ziggurat, the Tower of Babel or the titular MacGuffin are one in the same.
