Eugene was a man who formed part of a cadre of scientists working for French Intelligence in 1917 from their station in room 13C. He helped provide a cover identity for the young Indiana Jones and gave him a whirlwind debriefing through the assortment of items that would complete the spy's disguise as "Fritz Diefenbaker" before sending him on through a hidden revolving door to be given the specifics of the assignment from "Major M" in room 13A.[1]
