Indy's trophy painting was a painting Indiana Jones did as a child, depicting a trophy that his father had won, and for many years his father kept it at his home.

In 1938, a Nazi soldier and Ernst Vogel mistook it for an important grail painting and made it part of the Brunwald art collection.
