Frank Wendell Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an acclaimed American voice actor whose career includes a range of vocal effects for animal characters. He was born in Denver, Colorado.

Welker worked on the Indiana Jones franchise by providing, uncredited, the voice of the Capuchin monkey played by Snuff in Raiders of the Lost Ark.[1]

He has also been the voice of Megatron in Hasbro's Transformers franchise, Nibbler in Futurama, and Ray Stantz (originally played by Dan Aykroyd) in the The Real Ghostbusters cartoon series. He voiced Abu, another monkey, in Disney's Aladdin and has also voiced a range of characters in the Star Wars franchise.

In 2016, Welker received an Emmy Award in honor of his lifetime achievements.
