"«Do not... Speak... the Name...»"
―The Gizeh Giant warning Indiana Jones[src]

The Gizeh Giant was a lethal member of the Nephilim Order, a brethren of large men (or something similar) who sought to protect the mystery of the Great Circle and atone for ancestral sins dating back to human prehistory.

Biography[]

Face-off with Indiana Jones[]

On October 25, 1937, archaeologist Indiana Jones encountered the Gizeh Giant in a network of chambers beneath the Great Pyramid complex of Egypt while looking for the Idol of Ra. The blindfolded Nephilim, who wore a third eye, had no intention of allowing the American interloper to get access to the artifact and the Sunsparker Relic concealed within so attacked.[1]

Trapped and forced into a fight to the death in near total darkness, Jones had already taken on a member of the Nephilim Order multiple times by that point and managed to eventually wear down the imposing individual, who only spoke in Adamic and possessed keen hearing which more than made up for his lack of sight.[1]

Beaten and dying, the giant warned Jones not to speak the name before passing away.[1]

Legacy[]

The experience evidently left an impression on Indiana Jones: the following month in Sukhothai, Siam, Jones got poisoned by frog secretion lining a Nephilim prayer wheel and re-encountered the Gizeh Giant in his compromised mindscape stalking the corridors of Marshall College. Rather than face the imposing figure again, he opted to run and his retreat carried him back to his senses.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

The Gizeh Giant was performed by Steven Molony in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.[1]
