A reproduction prop of the Grail Diary from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was included as part of the Limited Edition Collector's Set for Indiana Jones: The Complete Adventures in 2012.

Although based on the book from the film, the Grail Diary is actually a composite of pages from the movie prop and an abridged edition of the previously released The Lost Journal of Indiana Jones, itself a 2008 version of Indiana Jones' journal from The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
