For other uses, see Heinrich (disambiguation).

Heinrich was a German colleague of archaeologist Indiana Jones.

Biography[]

By 1957, when Indiana Jones was put on indefinite leave with pay by Marshall College, the archaeologist considered getting a teaching job in Leipzig, Germany, suggesting that Heinrich would probably help arrange it as he owed him a favor. Jones mentioned as much to Charles Stanforth while packing up his suitcase.[1]

However, Jones was ultimately dissuaded from leaving the country upon encountering Mutt Williams as he tried to depart Bedford, Connecticut, who told him that his old friend Harold Oxley was in danger, pulling him into a new adventure that would eventually clear his reputation.[1]
