History, formerly known as The History Channel, is an cable TV channel that broadcasts programs about historical events and people. It was founded on January 1, 1995. It's currently owned by A&E Television Networks and is headquartered in New York City, United States of America.
From 2007-08, the channel broadcasted episodes from The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones alongside the companion historical documentaries included on the television series' DVD box sets. The channel also aired Indiana Jones and the Ultimate Quest in 2008.
