Iceland is an island country in the northern Atlantic Ocean.
Adventures in Iceland[]
The Jastro expedition, on which Indiana Jones worked as field supervisor, took place in Iceland in 1929 where Sophia Hapgood recovered the necklace of Atlantean Nur-Ab-Sal.[1] Dr. Bjorn Heimdall believed Iceland was what the Greeks refered to as Hyperborea.[2]
Another expedition in 1932 saw Jones recover a death mask from Iceland, which was kept on display in his Marshall College campus apartment by 1957.[3]
Jones returned to the country in 1934.[4]
