Indiana Jones and the Eye of the Fates is the fourth gamebook in Ballantine's "Find Your Fate Adventure" series, and the first by author Richard Wenk. It was released in July 1984.

This book contains twenty distinct narrative paths, leading to twenty different endings. The longest path is twenty-one pages, but it ends with Indy falling to his implied death. The page sequence for this path is:

The longest path in which Indy survives is twenty pages, but even then, it ends with a Nazi spy recovering the Eye of the Fates, intent on using it as a German super-weapon. The page sequence for this path is:
