On January 12, 2021, Bethesda Softworks posted an Indiana Jones and the Great Circle teaser for the then-untitled video game on its Twitter account featuring Indiana Jones' desk with items which included a passport, a ticket to Rome stamped on October 21, 1937, a map of Vatican City and books about Mesopotamian mythology, ancient circles with a reference to a jubilee and "forbidden stones."[1]
