Julian, Lord Fellowes is an English actor, novelist, film director and screenwriter, as well as a Conservative member of the House of Lords.

Fellowes played Winston Churchill in The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles episode "London, May 1916" (Love's Sweet Song) and later had a role in the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies, as well as two separate roles in the films Sharpe's Rifles and Sharpe's Regiment. He went on to create and write the British period drama series Downton Abbey.
