In the 1950s, during the wedding between his son Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood, a drunken Henry Walton Jones, Senior decided to come to the stage and sing Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon", which included a mention of Jupiter and Mars in one of its lyrics, to the dismay of the newlyweds, as Henry's singing was terrible.[1]

Jupiter in the Star Wars/Indiana Jones crossover Into the Great Unknown.

In the non-canonical Star Wars/Indiana Jones crossover comic book Into the Great Unknown, the Millennium Falcon passes by Jupiter.[2]

During the development of the fourth Indiana Jones film, Frank Darabont worked on a potential script for the project entitled Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods.[3] It featured a mention to Jupiter at the end of the film through Henry Walton Jones, Senior singing Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon", whose lyrics mention the planet.[1]
