LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens is a LEGO Star Wars video game published under license from Lucasfilm Games on June 28, 2016. It is the fifth game in the series as well as the first LEGO Star Wars game with a voice cast, including Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford.
Unlike the previous installments, The Force Awakens is based around one film, in this case Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens (with a prologue set during the climax of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi).
While primarily a Star Wars product, the game nevertheless includes some references to the Indiana Jones series:
- In the level "The Eravana", when Han Solo along Chewbacca and BB-8 are escaping from the rathtars aboard the Eravana, when they enter into a room, Solo loses his hair but retrieves it before the door closes down as a nod to the spike chamber escape scene of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
- In the level "Maz's Castle", when Rey first picks up the Skywalker's lightsaber at Maz Kanata's castle at Takodana, the Ark of the Covenant from Raiders of the Lost Ark can been seen in the castle's basement.
