Lake Victoria is one of the largest lakes in the world.
During World War I, Indiana Jones and Remy Baudouin transfered from the Western Front to Africa and were supposed to rendezvous with their unit at Lake Victoria but got lost along the way and ended up on missions with Frederick Selous and the Old and the Bold.[1]
