Chattar Lal, the family's most prominent member, in 1935.
The Lal family was an Indian family of which Chattar Lal was part. Family members included:
- Chattar Lal's father - Apparent patriarch
- Chattar Lal - Oxford University graduate, Prime Minister of Pankot Province and secret Thuggee cultist
The family had some pets, which coupled with their love, allowed Chattar to regard his early life as "luxurious",[1] even though all of that didn't prevent him from joining Mola Ram's Temple of Doom and dedicate himself to adorate the Thuggee version of Kali.[2]
American singer Willie Scott very briefly considered romancing Lal to marry him for his power position at Pankot, but desisted later in favour of the Maharaja Zalim Singh due to his higher position before realizing Singh was a kid and altogether losing any interest on Lal due to finding out his true allegiances.[3]
