The Grail Diary replica heavily implies that Las Mesas, Colorado is the location of the Jones family's residence[1] as seen in the introductory sequence of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,[2] where they lived from at least 1905 to 1912.[1] However, Indiana Jones: The Ultimate Guide clarified the location of the home as Utah,[3] where Indiana Jones' first encounter with Fedora is explicitly shown to be in the movie.[2]
The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles later established that the family was settled in Princeton in the early decades of the 20th century[4] with Henry and Indiana Jones' relocation to Utah following Anna Mary's death being temporary.[3]
