Biography[]
From a rural farming family in the south of Italy, Leonardo joined the Blackshirts and relocated to Rome. However, he strongly disliked city life in the capital which was further compounded when he was stationed along the River Tiber near the Cloaca Maxima.[1]
After several months of enduring centuries' worth of contributions to the ancient Roman sewers, Leonardo wrote of his frustrations to his brother. Archaeologist Indiana Jones found the letter on the Tiber's docks in October 1937 as he made his way beneath the city to investigate unusual activity.[1]

As Indiana Jones (the player) encounters several unidentified Blackshirts along the River Tiber in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Leonardo could be any one or none of the non-player characters (NPCs) that are encountered in its DLC story expansion "The Order of Giants".[1]
