London University, or the University of London, is a university based out of the British capital, London.
History[]
Professor Indiana Jones received his first teaching position at London University in 1925. That year, he would meet his future first wife, Deirdre Campbell, who was studying archaeology there. Still reeling from his young bride's untimely death a year prior, and frustrated with a lack of opportunities to be out in the field while feeling confined to Celtic archaeology, Jones left his position in 1927.
By 1930, however, Jones was rehired there (after an interim period working for a small New England college around 1928) as part of an arrangement organized between London University and his other role at Princeton University whereby he'd perform fieldwork for London but taught Medieval Literature and Studies out of Princeton, the latter being where his estranged father held the same professorship. Jones eventually transitioned into a full time teacher for Princeton's archaeology department by 1933.
