Behind the scenes[]

The Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade demo featured elements not included in the full game, as did Monkey Island, which included an Indiana Jones easter egg: Guybrush Threepwood can briefly transform into the archaeologist when he examines a "cup of a carpenter".

The Monkey Island demo features finding a password of shorts which is "a new faculty advisor is neigh"; this is a reference to the Last Crusade where Indy can suggest to the students outside his office to find "a new faculty advisor".
