Lucio's Pastry Shop was a store which had a number of premises clustered near each other in Manhattan: one at 378 down the street from a Liquor Mart and Silvano's Appliances, another a block away next door to Mason & Co., with a third at 399 near Chokshi's.
History[]
In 1969, occupying an adjacent street, Lucio's Pastry Shop joined in the celebrations alongside the Apollo 11 ticker tape parade but an anti-war demonstration took place past the store which was disrupted by a gun-wielding neo-Nazi chasing a local archaeology professor from nearby Hunter College.[1]
