The Magnopotamoi were three Nephilim giants, members of an order led by Junia, who were worshipped by the Cult of Mithras following their arrival in Rome, Italy during the 1st century AD and associated with the Cloaca Maxima as a "river of purification".[1]

"Magnopotamoi" as a term is an invention for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, specifically the DLC story expansion "The Order of Giants".[1] In real-world mythology, the Potamoi were divine personifications of numerous rivers known to the ancient Greeks, making the game's Nephilim trio "great/big (magno) river gods".
