Michael Yama as the Chinese Co-Pilot
Michael Yama is the actor who played the Chinese Co-Pilot in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. In addition to regular acting, he also is an established voice actor and provided the voice of Torpedo in the 1980's G.I. Joe cartoon.
In the closing credits of Temple of Doom, his name and the name of Akio Mitamura are listed ahead of the cast listing (as well as in the main cast listing), with the heading: "Featuring Akio Mitamura and Michael Yama" - putting them ahead of Harrison Ford.
