The Multi-Racial Educational Trust Fund was a American organization in the 1990's, with multiple chapters. One year, the New York chapter hosted a benefit luncheon for the fund, held at 69 West in New York City. Seated at one of the tables were Indiana Jones, Norma, Tom, and Selina.

Behind the scenesEdit

The foundation's name and event appear on a sign at the entrance of the lunch event, in the opening bookend for comic adaptation of "British East Africa, September 1909". This is a change from the television episode for "British East Africa, September 1909" in which the event is the Annual Celebrity Tennis Shoe Auction & Dinner for the Metropolitan Foundation for Educational Quality, at City Hotel & Conference Center.
