Neil Flynn

Neil Flynn is an American actor who portrayed Smith in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. He is mostly known for his role as The Janitor in the sitcom Scrubs but briefly appeared opposite Harrison Ford in The Fugitive (1993) as the Transit Cop who tries to arrest Ford's Richard Kimble.
