Netflix is an American provider of on-demand Internet streaming media available to the Americas, Europe and Japan. It was founded by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph on August 29, 1997.
The US version of the site offered twenty-one of the twenty-two films in The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones — leaving out Mystery of the Blues in which Harrison Ford reprised his role as Indiana Jones for the television series — until they were removed from the service on July 1, 2015, then eventually moved to Paramount+ and currently Disney+.
The four theatrical pictures (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom, Last Crusade and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) were available as part of the service's Japanese debut on September 2, 2015.
