North Africa is the northernmost region of the African continent.
As a spy for French Intelligence during World War I, Indiana Jones was sent undercover to North Africa in 1917 to retrieve arms from Berber tribesmen who were being supplied the weapons by a traitor within the French ranks stationed in Morocco.[1]
By 1969, Teddy Kumar wore a shirt with Afrique du Nord written on it.[2]
