- "The energy of URANIUM... without ANY radioactivity!"
- ―Hans Ubermann[src]
Orichalcum is a legendary material that can be used as a source of energy; the potential of a small bead was comparable to uranium but with no radioactivity. The people of Atlantis used pearl-sized pellets of orichalcum to power their machines; orichalcum beads were produced by a massive machine fed with lava.[1]
Such beads were discovered during the Jastro expedition; Klaus Kerner was looking for such beads and showed them to Doctor Hans Ubermann who commented that the power source would be more powerful than Otto Hahn's or Fritz Strassman's atomic reaction, and without requiring lead shielding as there were no radioactive by-products; an ideal power source for the Third Reich.[1]
German archaeologist Magnus Völler collected orichalcum and kept it on board the Odin.[2]
