Orkney, also known as the Orkney Islands or The Orkneys, is an archipelago located off Scotland's mainland.

History[edit | edit source]

Archaeologist René Emile Belloq visited Estray, part of the island chain, at some point in his career, as did his rival Indiana Jones in 1937.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The usage of "The Orkneys" as the name for the islands is not without controversy.[2]
