The pigeon is a species of common bird often found in cities. Pigeons with all white plumage are indicated as doves.
Adventures with pigeons[]
During Palm Sunday of 1200, several groups of pigeons were released in Basilica, Venice and their descendants still lived into the twentieth-century.[1] Pigeons could be found in New York City.[2]
In 1917 two cages full of pigeon were used by Indiana Jones and Maya in their mission at Beersheba.[3]
Pigeon flambé was served at Club Obi Wan in 1935.[1] It was one of the club's delicacies and specialities.[4] Indiana Jones used one such dish as a weapon to kill Chen, one of the Lao Che's sons who had shot Wu Han.[5]
