Sage was, like his companion Coriander, a seafaring storyteller.[1]
One night around 1934, the duo quickly inserted themselves as the headline act of the Sarabi Supper Club when the intended star attraction was indisposed and took the opportunity to recreate the adventures of archaeologist Indiana Jones for their audience.[1]
