A man acted as driver for a KGB agent operating in the United States in 1957.
Biography []
The driver was one of four individuals assigned to follow Mutt Williams so as to capture Indiana Jones in 1957. When his two KGB comrades failed to apprehend Jones at Arnie's Diner, the four men paired off and gave chase in two separate cars. The agent drove a black 1952 Buick Super Eight, which pursued Jones' motorcycle into a small park, but Jones and Mutt escaped through an alleyway which was too narrow for the Russian car to fit.
After the other agents' green car crashed into a statue of Marcus Brody, the driver continued to give chase across the Marshall College campus. Eventually, Jones and Mutt took the bike into the college library. The driver's passenger moved to confront them on foot but heard sirens nearby and got back into the car, yelling at the driver to go. They promptly made their exit.
