Segar was a German U-boat captain and the quartermaster to The Sea Witch in 1939.
Biography[]
Segar taught Bill Lawton's mutineers to pilot a Grey Wolf submarine, but when The Sea Witch, their captain, was revealed to be alive, he turned on Lawton. However, Lawton shot and killed him, and he was replaced by New Jersey Jones as Lawton's First Mate.[1]
