Regarding whether to make his G uppercase or lowercase, what about this dude? - http://indianajones.wikia.com/wiki/Machine_Gunner - Or the Hatay Tank Gunner? Should his G not be lowercase as well? Anyway, this guy is I believe simply called "Gunner" in the script. - Kooshmeister

    • EDIT: Yeah, this is how he's described in the script, uppercase G and all:

"behind the truck is another open staff car. But this one is
special--mounted in the back is a big, black machine gun,
      manned by a Gunner."

  • They're credited roles hence the uppercase. Which is why Gong striker and Thuggee assassin were moved. As should Soviet Driver. Vetinari (Appointment) 22:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
    • Apparently the assassin wasn't moved. But if the A had been capitalised, it would have been. ;) Vetinari (Appointment) 22:34, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
      • Ah, but as I pointed out, the G is capitalized in the script. And The D in Russian Driver is capitalized in the animatics, too. Why don't we just call the guy "German Gunner?" - Kooshmeister
      • If he's called Gunner in the script, perhaps he should just be "Gunner".. or "Gunner (Raiders)", i know it's not very descriptive, but it's the most canon conjectural name we have for him? Jawajames 05:47, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
        • That or Gunner (individual) like the Sergeant. I vote German Gunner. - Kooshmeister
          • But then it would be "German gunner". Vetinari (Appointment) 18:21, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
            • Why? I don't get the inconsistency regarding whether or not we capitalize the second word in generic characters' names. Since he's "Gunner" in the script with a capital "G," shouldn't it stay capitalized even if we add his nationality before it? Bleh, forget it, I'm just gonna call him "Gunner (individual)." Any objections? - Kooshmeister
