Taylor was a federal agent from the FBI who interrogated Indiana Jones in 1957 following the archaeologist's escape from Hangar 51 and the nuclear blast over Doom Town. His partner was Paul Smith.

The role of Taylor was played by Joel Stoffer in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
