The John W Mackay and the Tiber in 1938.
The Tiber was a black ship in Venice, Italy in 1938. While fleeing from members of the Brotherhood of the Cruciform Sword in a motor boat, the driver Elsa Schneider, and Indiana Jones headed in the direction of the Tiber and another ship, the John W Mackay.
Preoccupied with fighting off the Brotherhood, Jones directed Elsa to not go between the ships. She misheard, however, and took the boat between them and one of the Brotherhood's boats followed. The Tiber began to push toward the Mackay and close the gap to other side, but while the archaeologists made it out safely, the Brotherhood's vessel exploded in the impact.

The Tiber of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was the Royal Navy vessel HMS Chrysanthemum. Built in 1917, the ship was scrapped in 1995.
